EN: Thomas (He/Him) managed to first find his way to the stage at the age of 13. Growing up in the rural army town of Petawawa Ontario, a family friend enlisted his help in a community production of “The Ugly Ducking”. Since then, his passion for acting and embodying characters has defined and coloured his pursuits. He completed a formal performance degree from the Dome Theatre in 2014 while simultaneously performing in Montreal’s Village nightlife scene using the Drag Queen alias Bambi Dextrous.
He has since approached an array of roles with unwavering care and interest whether on stage or camera. From indie projects such as “Pool”, to television’s “19-2”, “The Bold Type” and “Just for Laughs: Gags”; Thomas strives to bring a connected, charismatic life to every performance opportunity.
He has also enjoyed diverse professional experiences working on "X-Men Apocalypse" (2017) and "Dark Phoenix" (2019) standing-in and photo-doubling for Nightcrawler. He also regularly lends his acting ability to the world of Medical Patient Simulation via McGill University.
Otherwise, he can be found delivering studied, word-perfect, lip-sync performances both in Drag and on social media that are characteristically imbued with his own sense of wit and pop-culture savvy, all while furthering his abilities in makeup artistry and the occasional modelling gig.
FR: Thomas (Il/Lui) apprivoise la scène depuis l’âge de 13 ans, lorsqu’une amie de la famille lui proposa d’aider avec une production communautaire du “Vilain Petit Canard” dans son village natale de Petawawa, en Ontario. Depuis, sa passion du jeu et d’incarner un personnage défini et colore ses poursuites. Il a complété une formation professionnelle en théâtre au Collège Dawson en 2014 tout en développant son alter ego Drag Queen; Bambi Dextrous dans les cabarets du Village montréalais.
Il a su approcher une panoplie de rôles avec un souci du détail, et une curiosité constante; devant la caméra, autant que sur les planches. Lorsqu’il a la chance d’apparaître dans des projets tels que le court-métrage “Pool”, les séries "19-2", "The Bold Type" ou encore les “Gags: Juste pour Rire”; Thomas s’engage à livrer une crédibilité ainsi qu’un charisme envoûtant à tout ce qu’il personnifie.
De plus, il a profité de diverses expériences enrichissantes telles qu’être stand-in et photo-double pour le personnage de Nightcrawler sur les plateaux de “X-Men: Apocalypse” (2017) et “Dark Phoenix” (2019). Il prête également ses talents de jeu au domaine de la Simulation Médicale auprès de l’Université McGill. D’autre part, on peut le retrouver dans son élément, c’est-à-dire en livrant des performances lipsync ultra-précises soit en drag ou sur internet qui sont caractérisées par son humour et sa répartie. Il aime également améliorer ses talents d’artiste maquilleur ainsi que de participer à des shootings photo.
